Frequently Asked Questions

What is your booking process?

Contact us with the date and time of your event, along with the ensembles you are interested in, and we can go from there!

Do the musicians attend the Wedding rehearsal?

With the experience of our musicians in wedding ceremonies, attending the rehearsals are not needed. However, the leader of the ensemble may attend the rehearsal if you wish to have someone there to provide a sample of the selected pieces during the processional of the rehearsal. Additional service fee required for attending rehearsals.

Do you have samples?

Yes, we have a selection of samples in different styles and genres for you to hear the versatility of our ensembles.

What will the musicians wear?

The musicians will wear formal black attire. If you are against having musicians wear all black at your event, please let us know and we can try to work something out.

Cover Bands or feature performances may be in different attire (business formal).

My event is taking place outdoors, do the musicians perform outdoors?

The musicians will need to have cover provided in the case of an outdoor event to prevent any damage to the instruments from varying weather conditions. Many instruments, especially the string instruments, are extremely valuable and aged and need to be sheltered even from direct sunlight.

Will the musicians need to take breaks?

The musicians will need short breaks for any bookings that are 2 hours and over. The breaks will be 5-10 minutes in length.
